This set of processes is to ensure that your Integrated Design solution will be received with minimum resistance. This can vary considerably based on your problem and on the solution but we will cover issues such as:

• Validating that problems discovered during the Testing phase of Integrated Design have been addressed
• Initiating the implementation plan
• Accommodating changes that will affect the people who have to work with the new processes and/or tools
• Determining if there is a perspective discrepancy between upper management and line workers
• Selecting project champions
• Selecting mentors
